The Iron Curtain Press is a small owner-operated print shop located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. What started as a love for stationary and design has flourished into a full time press shop specializing in custom projects and our own line of cards and printed ephemera.
Everything in our shop is hand made. Most designs are type-set by hand, and everything is printed by hand using hand-mixed inks. We print on 100% cotton paper (no trees!) and use non-toxic cleaning supplies. We love the earth, and beautifully printed goods.
